Best authentic Mexican food around, and if you don't care for Mexican food, they have alot more to choose from, steak, hamburgers, seafood and more. Very reasonable, Friendly staff, clean environment. They also do takeout, and you can also order online to pick up or through Jackrabbit delivery! Definitely worth the trip to check then out!!

We are from south Texas, and rarely try Mexican food out side of there because it is not trx-mex. That being said, this food was very good. Not flavored exactly like we have back home. But pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The service was excellent. The staff is friendly and happy to have stopped here.

First Time Stoping by to have lunch and a couple of Marquitas. We ordered the steak and Shrimp and chicken fajitas and I would have to say they were delicious and the server was great the manager Mr. Valentine came by our table and checked on us.we sat there & had a nice conversation and just really enjoyed our lunch date

This was our 1st time dining at Kains Mexican. Wish we had done it sooner. This was some of the best Mexican food we have had in a long time! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who craves great Mexican food!

Been coming for almost 4 years really wonderful family owned and operated, nice to see in these times! Fabulous Yummy Mexican dishes, but try the burger, yes a burger and fries - better than a lot of backyard grills! I have mine with grilled onions, jalapeno and queso a treat for sure! Friendly Staff - Perfect Atmosphere - Reasonable Prices - my favorite Mexican dis is Enchiladas Mexicanos salsa verde beans rice then get chips and queso, Delicious! Highly recommend if you are on the island or the Bayou you gotta eat here! Be patient they get busy, it is worth the wait!

I really enjoyed this place! The staff was very nice and the atmosphere was cheerful. The food was very good! I had the Bayou Nachos with steak and it was amazing. It is a little pricey, but definitely worth trying out!

Homemade salsa, queso, spanish rice, and refried beans. Fresh ingredients cooked to each order. They will alter any dish to your liking. Kid friendly and staff that treat you like Family. Family owned business.

Food was fantastic, I had the Alambres add pineapple for an extra flavor burst, the wife had a chimichanga. The staff is super friendly and service was very prompt.
